About School Meals
Pupils’ wellbeing is at the heart of Twelve15’s recipes. Every weekday it focuses on providing fresh, healthy, and nutritionally balanced lunches that adhere to Government Food Standards.
All school meals are cooked on the premises. 80% of meals are cooked from scratch, using locally sourced produce whenever possible.
There is a three-week menu cycle. Our latest lunch menu can be found here: Autumn/Winter 2025/2026
We will be serving a special Christmas Lunch on Wednesday 10th December - a copy of the menu can be found below:

Special Diets and Allergies
Twelve15 caters for the 14 key allergens identified by the Food Standards Agency. It also has a range of Special Diet menus including ‘Dairy Free’ and ‘Free from Gluten’. Our Primary school kitchens are nut free.

How much does a school meal cost and what’s included?
School meals are FREE for all Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 pupils under the government-funded Universal Infant Free School Meals scheme. This entitles your child to a balanced main course and dessert and access to a salad bar.
At the start of each term, we need to know whether your child will be having school dinners or bringing a packed lunch. This helps us make sure the right number of meals are prepared. If you would like to change your child’s meal choice at any point, please let the school office know before the end of the term.
If your child is bringing a packed lunch, please send it in a clearly named lunch box. Drinks should be in an unbreakable, leakproof container. Please do not send fizzy drinks, cans, glass bottles, nuts, or sweets. Children who bring packed lunches eat in the hall.
We encourage families to pack healthy lunches and to reduce waste as much as possible—for example, by avoiding unnecessary food wrappers.
